You need someone whose already learned "hands-on" working with several creative folks in the marketing and advertising industry. Taking on the role of in-house photographer, designing and constructing a full production studio and spending over eleven years perfecting the craft.

You will also have access to a professional whose been involved in all facets of creative projects from 'think-tank' to publish, including video for promotion and training, (an idea guy, not just a button pusher). Someone with over seven years in engineering product development experience as well. A go getter, and solutions oriented team player whom can hit the floor running.
